Glee's done wonders to charts in the US and UK over the last 6 months sending killer tracks from the 80s like Total Eclipse of the Heart and Don't Stop Believin' straight back into our lives.

This week it's time for an even more unlikely slice of 80s heaven to stamp all over it's previous chart position of #43 and fight its way into the top 20s. Rick Springfield's 'Jessie's Girl' was originally released here in 1984 but it's enduring popularity was probably only secured thanks to its use in Guitar Hero.

Now after Finn's cover on this week's Glee, it's a perfect addition to any 80s playlist this weekend.
