Catholic Church ban pop music

The Catholic Church of Australia have banned the use of pop music at funerals as well as sports related anthems... "Secular items are never to be sung or played at a Catholic funeral, such as romantic ballads, pop or rock music, political songs, football club songs," Says the Archbishop.

Well that's boring! But it got us thinking... what would we like played at our funeral? Choices range from Jeff Buckley's Last Goodbye (cruel!) to Randy Newman's I'm Dead (But I Don't Know It) (dark!).

We'll leave you to ponder what you might pick... and if you get too depressed, check out the genius of Randy Newman, bound to cheer!
